Frequently Asked Questions

Why get a sewer inspection?

A sewer inspection can help you find any leaking joints, broken pipes, off grade pipes, offset joints, cracked pipes, root obstructions, blockages, corrosion,

infiltration, collapsed pipes and more... Once you know what is wrong with your pipes (if anything is), we can help you figure out how to fix them.

When are sewer inspections needed?

Sewer inspections are recommended when buying or selling a house - so that you know whether the sewer needs repair or replacement, and how much that might cost. This could be very important for a home buyer to be aware of. It is also recommended before doing any concrete patios or add-ons to a house to make sure you won't need to break concrete in the future to repair a sewer line.

How much is a sewer inspection?

Great question- Free Flow Plumbing will inspect your sewer for only $100! After the inspection, we will be able to recommend what type of repair your pipes might need (or tell you that they are just fine). Whether that is simply cleaning/hydro jetting the roots out, repairing a small break, or replacing the whole line, we've got you covered.
